About Nomad Food Co

Nomad Food Co was born from a simple idea of bringing great people together over great food and that's exactly what we do. We're an Auckland-based family run company that doesn't fit neatly into one box - because we're three.

Our Nomad Restaurant Group runs JJ's Diner, a '50s themed American diner bringing authentic hot dogs, smash burgers, and genuine nostalgia to Auckland's food scene. We're currently serving out of Young George in Mt Albert, with an anticipated dedicated diner location launching in 2026, plus more to come!

Our Nomad Distribution Group imports and distributes specialty products that Kiwi kitchens have been missing such as French's Spicy Brown Mustard, Rico's Nacho Cheese, and more of the essentials.

And our Nomad Food Group creates our own artisan products, like the Nomad Food Co Pimento Cheese, JJ's Diner Boom Boom sauce, JJ's Diner Chili Seasoning, and more to come!
